Why are more and more people coming to the Woodlands of Texas? The Woodlands offers a world-class Town Center, which always seems to be bubbling with activity.  You can find dozens of restaurants, many theaters, and so many places to shop, much like you would find in nearby Houston.  The Woodlands Mall, a two story complex, has Abercrombie&Fitch, American Eagle, Macy's, Lane Bryant, and much more!  The Houston Museum of Natural Science has an annex here providing interactive children's museum space with tons of hands on exhibits.

If you're looking for performing arts, look no further than the Cynthia Woods Mitchell organization.  Their grand pavilion has enough outdoor seating for over one hundred thousand people in and around some very nice pine groves.  From April to late fall, you can attend contemporary and classical performances.  The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival also takes place every April.

But don't get the idea that the Woodlands is "too upscale" for you!  While you can definitely find some million dollar homes in some of the neighborhoods, you can still find many nice homes around the $200k range.  Working with a qualified Woodlands Texas real estate agent will help you find the perfect home for your budget.
